About Beth
My Approach
I approach my work with presence, nonjudgment, and a strengths-based lens that recognizes resilience and resources within clients and families while steering away from pathologizing. Energy, patience, and compassion guide every session.
I am Level-One trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and trained in Family-Based Therapy (FBT) and Health at Every Size (HAES). I integrate a range of approaches—including DBT, CBT, IFS, and ACT—depending on each individual or family's needs. My background includes work with adolescents and families, and I also enjoy working with adults and seniors.
What I Know to Be True
I believe meaningful change and healing are possible through therapy. My work is grounded in faith in the process of growth and recovery, and I hold a strong belief in each person's capacity for change. I also believe laughter can be vital to healing. I often laugh with my clients and help them find humor and lightness.
If I might be a good fit, please reach out. I offer in-person and telehealth sessions with flexible scheduling.
